Moruya Preschool Kindergarten operates under the management of a volunteer Committee (Licensee). The Nominated Supervisor and /Directors work closely with the Committee members to keep them informed, support them in their roles and to advise them on all matters related to the operation of the Preschool.

The general approach to management is one of consultation and collaboration between staff and committee members; consistent with Preschool’s job descriptions, culture and policies.

The legal responsibilities of the Committee and the Nominated Supervisor are laid out in the National Law and the current Regulations.
